As result of ADRAM 3-years R&D program AMS 584 Airborne Mapping System is designed to provide maximized productivity and versatility. Mapping using Ultra Light Gyroplanes is excellent alternative to expensive fixed wing aircrafts and helicopters. Due to low investment & operating costs it’s competitive to UAVs. AMS 584 seamlessly integrates best components available on the market into highly productive mapping tool.

Xenon IV GEO

Airborne Mapping version of excellent Xenon IV Gyroplane exclusively designed and manufactured for ADRAM Mapping Systems by Celier Aviation. 140 Hp engine, 650 km range*, monocoque structure carbon cabin with two extra large (365x414 mm & 223x350 mm) sensor holes makes it most versatile surveying ultra light aircraft on the market.

Laser Scanning

Lightweight and compact laser scanner Riegl VQ-580 provides up to 70 pts/m2* and 1500+ m range*. It’s perfect tool for area and corridor mapping like powerline inventory or road mapping. In combination with state of the art Applanix INS/GPS system AMS 584 delivers top accuracy and high density LiDAR data even on snow & ice.

Aerial Imaging

Designed from the ground up for aerial photography 80-megapixel medium format camera PhaseOne iXA 180 ensures ultimate image sharpness, high dynamic range and faithful recording of colors and even the smallest details. Built in FMC (Forward Motion Compensation) system provides crispy sharp images with pixel up to 1 cm*.

Navigation and Control

All navigation and control components of AMS 584 are designed from scratch for one-man operations in gyrocopters. Unlike other systems, pilot is not distracted by dozens of unnecessary parameters and messages. According to “less is more” philosophy pilot is given clear and minimum information necessary to follow the flight path and monitor the system status. All system operations and adjustments in the air can be done using touch screen or aircraft multifunctional stick grip**. Flight safety is top priority.

Customization & Upgrades

AMS 584 is based on ADRAM Open Sensor Platform, which makes it easy customizable and upgradable solution. Any system component can be replaced with newer or more advanced version. OSP gives endless possibilities of customization. Large sensor space of Xenon IV GEO allows to set-up various sensor combinations including laser scanner, photogrammetric camera and 4 oblique cameras at once.
